详细职位内容：
 Responsibilities:
-Anticipate the trends, moves and potential growth of the pharmaceutical industry, and analyze customer needs to generate and develop the business models, identify potential business partners and customers
-Formulate business strategy, and translate the strategy into business development plans over the short and medium term
-Establish sales budget and target and apply sales plans and process to reach sales target (including making proposal, actual selling, and contract negotiation)
-Liaise with client service teams and field operations team
-Keeping abreast of what the competitors are doing
-Top-line and bottom-line responsibilities

Qualification: 
-6 years and above experience in sales and business development of multi-national companies , preferably in service industry and/or pharmaceutical industry;
-Experience in making proposals and contract negotiations;
-Experience with pharmaceutical industrial regulations;
-A strong mindset of business development and client relation;
-The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations;
-Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities;
-A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations;
-Group facilitation and presentation skills;
-Fluency in English and Mandarin; 
-Be a team player.
