 Major Responsibilities :
1.Prepare, submit and accomplish the sales budget
准备，服从和完成销售目标
2.Closely work with distributors and lead distributors to implement Stanley strategic 
紧密地联系经销商，领导和帮助经销商实现史丹利的战略目标
3.Develop new distributors under the request of Stanley strategic
根据史丹利的战略目标，开发新的经销商
4.Be responsibility to train the employees of distributor, and develop project for distributors
负责培训经销商的雇员，帮助经销商开发项目
5.Uphold Stanley values

Qualifications : 
1.Must prove strong interpersonal skills to manage, coach, motivate and supervise distributors 
良好的沟通能力，擅长管理，指导，启发和监督经销商
2.Be willing for travel 
愿意经常出差
3.Integrity, reliable, open and communicative 
诚信，可靠，开朗和擅长表达
Educational Qualifications
4.Above college diploma
专科或以上学历
Years of relevant experience:
5.Have at least 2 year sales or marketing experiences in related fields. Work experience in the International companies preferred
