三.Job Summary
1.Responsible:Follow up, analyst and report  machine capacity and device in process of production Expectation:To control machine’s ability and device.
    To report ability of power plant. KPI:Abitity to report and suggest the way to improve machine capacity every month.
Ability to report  power plant’s capacity.
2.Responsible:Trouble shooting and incident analysis
Expectation:To analyst and solve the problem in production process with another department.
To estimate and propose the solution for prevent the problem that may occur. 
KPI:Ability to estimate the risk in production process.
Ability to analyst incident of production.
3.Responsible:Propose reliability improvement project  and control the project  base on  the standard. 
Expectation;To improve the stable of production  process. 
KPI:Ability to improve the progress of project.
Stability of production process
4.Responsible:Propose efficiency improvement project and control the project base on the standard. 
Expectation:To improve capacity of production 
KPI:Progressive of project
Progressive after product improvement
5.ResponsibleProduct quality & Stability control

四. Job Specification 
1.Education
  At least bachelor degree in electrical , mechanical or related field.
2.Having experience related with this position and ability to analyst the problem, Self  initiate and ability ti learn international standard.
3. Others
3.1 Knowledge in Thermodynamic, Static and Dynamic, Heat and Mass Transfer, Instrument and Control, Power     System Analysis, Power Protection and Circuit Analysis
3.2 Skill and ability  MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point  and to use MS Project    and  good command of english
